Free features include:

Paid plans determine monthly email send limits and available features.

Understanding Campaigns vs Sends:

• Campaigns are the email marketing messages you create
• Sends refer to individual email addresses receiving campaigns
• Monthly limits apply to sends, not campaign numbers
• Both blast and automated campaigns count toward send limits

Example: Sending to 10 emails = 1 campaign, 10 sends

Important Notes:

• Scheduled campaigns count toward the month they're sent
• Requires active website or Acuity Scheduling subscription
• Administrator and Email Campaign Editor permissions can access all features
• Emojis are supported but may display differently across devices
• Custom code is not currently supported

Switching from Another Service:

1. Create a campaign draft
2. Export contacts from old service
