Requesting Tax Exemption
- Ensure your site is on an active billing plan
- Submit your exemption request with applicable tax forms dated within the last year
- Include Squarespace's address when required: 225 Varick Street, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10014

- Tax exemption forms must be current (within one year) unless your state specifies otherwise
- Exemptions don't apply to trial or expired sites
- If you change billing information, you'll need to submit a new exemption request
