Requesting Tax Exemption

  1. Ensure your site is on an active billing plan
  2. Submit your exemption request with applicable tax forms dated within the last year
  3. Include Squarespace's address when required: 225 Varick Street, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10014

Important Notes

  • Tax exemption forms must be current (within one year) unless your state specifies otherwise
  • Exemptions don't apply to trial or expired sites
  • If you change billing information, you'll need to submit a new exemption request
  • Former Google Domains users must request new exemptions before domain renewal
