WHOIS Privacy Protection:
- Automatically enabled for most domains
- Some country-code domains (ccTLDs) don't allow WHOIS privacy
- Can be manually disabled if needed
Contact Roles:

- Technical: Backup contact for important notices

Formatting Requirements:
- Names must have at least 4 characters
