Customers can shop your products through various channels, including your store page, Product blocks, Summary blocks, and integrated platforms like Facebook or Instagram.

When browsing your store page, customers can view up to 200 products at once and filter them by category. For products with multiple variations, prices show as "Starting at [lowest variant price]."

Customers can add products to their cart in two ways:

  • Through the Product Information page, where they can select variants and view detailed information
  • Directly from the Store page using Quick Add buttons (version 7.1)

Cart limits:

  • Standard checkout: up to 500 products
  • Carrier-calculated shipping: up to 150 products

The secure checkout process includes:

  1. Email entry
  2. Customer account login (optional)
  3. Delivery method selection
  4. Payment and discount application
  5. Order review
  6. Confirmation

After purchase, customers receive:

  • Order confirmation email
  • Download links (for digital products)
  • Shipping confirmation (when order is processed)
  • Access to Order Status page

Special considerations:

  • EEA customers may need to complete Strong Customer Authentication (SCA)
  • Multiple products with different processing profiles will be split into separate orders
  • Customers can track orders through their account or using email confirmation codes
