
Customer Reviews: Important Features, Management & FAQ - A Full Guide
Customer reviews build trust and can increase sales. They can be collected for physical products, downloads, services, and subscription products, but not for gift cards.
After enabling reviews, customers receive an automated email 14 days post-purchase. They can leave a written review (up to 1500 characters) and a 1-5 star rating for each item. Customers have 120 days to submit their review.

Important Notes:
- Reviews cannot be requested for orders older than 14 days
