Eligibility Requirements

You can upgrade if you have:

  • Business Starter or Business Standard plan with monthly subscription
  • Legacy G Suite Basic plan with monthly subscription
  • Verified domain
  • No pending payments
  • Accepted Terms of Service

You cannot upgrade if you:

  • Use SEPA for payments
  • Have an uninterrupted annual subscription from before December 1, 2022
  • Recently moved the plan to another site
  • Have a suspended or expired plan

Cost Considerations

When upgrading:

  • You'll be charged a prorated amount based on unused period
  • A new billing cycle begins from upgrade date
  • Free year offers will be forfeited upon upgrade
  • All users' costs are prorated when free mailbox doesn't apply
