Reviewing your eligible subscriptions in Impact allows you to track your earned commissions through the Circle referral program. Here's a comprehensive guide on how to check and understand your subscription data.

Prerequisites

  • You must be enrolled in Squarespace Circle referral payments
  • Have an active Impact account (payment processor)
  • Meet all eligibility requirements

Checking Eligible Subscriptions

  1. Access the Advanced Action List:
  • Log into your Impact account
  • Click Reports > All Reports
  • Select Advanced Action List
  • Set your desired date range and apply filters
  1. Add Notes Field (to see subscription URLs):
  • In Advanced Action List
  • Click Show dropdown
  • Select Notes
  • Update results

Understanding Your Report

Key Fields:

  • Action Date: Purchase date
  • Action ID: Unique identifier
  • Brand: Shows Squarespace Circle referral payments
  • Event Type: Qualification category
  • Status: Approval stage (Pending/Approved/Canceled/N/A)
  • Sale Amount: Total earnings
  • Action Earnings: Commission per subscription
  • Notes: Subscription URL

Viewing Payment Information

To check payments:

  1. Log into Impact
  2. Click balance in top right corner
  3. Select between:
    • Pending payments
    • Earnings history

Payment Timeline:

  • Payments process ~40 days after month-end
  • Example: January commissions paid in March

Important Notes:

  • Subscriptions must be active for 15 days to be eligible
  • Eligible subscriptions are automatically added to Impact
  • Use correct date ranges when searching for subscriptions
  • Contact Impact directly for account-specific issues

This system automatically tracks all eligible subscriptions, with no manual addition required. Regular monitoring through Impact helps ensure proper commission tracking and payment processing.
