
How to Access and Manage Member Accounts: A Complete Guide
Members can access their accounts to view paid content, check orders, and manage personal information after signing up for a pricing plan. Here's a comprehensive guide on managing member accounts:
Account Creation & Login
Members create accounts during the pricing plan signup process by providing their name, email, and password. They can log in using the main navigation login link or any paywall.

Account Features
When logged in, members can:
- Access gated content through the Digital Products section
- View account details in the Profile section
- Check membership status and purchase history
- Manage payment information and subscriptions

Members can view:
- Membership start date
- Pricing plan details
- Renewal dates (for subscriptions)
- Payment frequency
- Associated fees
- Payment method information
Canceling Membership
To cancel a membership:
- Log into the account
- Navigate to Account > Digital Products or Subscriptions
- Select the digital product to cancel
- Click Manage Subscription (if applicable)
- Confirm cancellation
Important notes:
- No refunds for previous payments
- Access remains until billing cycle ends
- Future subscription payments are automatically canceled
