To cancel a domain transfer during the "Transfer pending" status, follow these steps:

1. Access the Domains panel
2. Select the transferring domain
3. Click the "..." icon
4. Choose "Cancel Transfer"
5. Confirm the cancellation

Important Notes:

• You can only cancel transfers that are still "pending"
• Once your current provider approves the transfer, cancellation is no longer possible
• For maximum effectiveness, cancel both through Squarespace and your domain provider

If Unable to Cancel:

• If the domain has been released to Squarespace, you must wait for transfer completion
• After transfer completion, you'll need to wait 60 days before transferring again
• Contact your domain provider to check if they can reject the transfer on their end
