How to Cancel

Option 1: Immediate Cancellation

1. Go to Billing menu
2. Click Google Workspace under Subscriptions
3. Select Cancel subscription
4. Click Cancel Google Workspace subscription
5. Confirm cancellation

Option 2: Disable Auto-Renewal

1. Access Billing menu
2. Select Google Workspace under Subscriptions
3. Turn off Auto-renew switch

After Cancellation

1. Log into Google Workspace Admin Console
2. Choose to:
   • Set up billing with Google
   • Upgrade your subscription
   • Fully cancel your account

Important Notes

• You can't reactivate through Squarespace after cancellation
• Free year offer is forfeited if cancelled
• For annual subscriptions cancelled after December 1, 2022:
  • Prorated refunds apply

1. Open Google Workspace menu
2. Select a user
3. Enable administrator access
