Services allow you to sell non-physical products like courses, consultations, and events through Squarespace. Unlike physical products, these don't require shipping or delivery addresses.

Choose the Right Format

  • Services: Best for courses and events without specific timing requirements
  • Appointments: Ideal for time-specific bookings through Acuity
  • Projects: Suitable for specialized client services like photography or design

  1. Configure Pricing and Stock:
  • Set regular price
  • Add promotional price (optional)
  • Define quantity limits
  • Assign SKU number
  1. Create Product Variants (Optional):
  • Add different options (colors, sizes, designs)
  • Customize for each variant:
    • Unique images

Remember to connect a payment processor and set up customer notification emails before making your service live.

To prevent customers from purchasing multiple services simultaneously, disable the "Allow Customers to Purchase Multiple Services" option in payment settings.
