You can manage which Squarespace emails you receive through your account dashboard settings. Here's how to control your email preferences:

General Email Preferences

• Visit your account dashboard's notification preferences
• Toggle on/off preferences for product updates, surveys, promotions, and newsletters
• Use "Unsubscribe All" to opt out of everything at once

Comment and Store Notifications

• Access notification preferences in your dashboard
• Set default notifications for all sites:
  • Toggle Comment and Store notifications
  • Choose whether to apply to existing or only new sites
• Set individual site notifications:
  • Search for specific sites
  • Toggle Comment or Store notifications per site

Store Management Emails

• Stock level alerts:
  • Enable/disable in Low Stock Alerts panel
  • Set custom inventory threshold
  • Alerts include site name, product name, and SKU
  • Sent to admins and store managers

Separate Order Email Address

1. Invite new account as administrator/store manager
2. Update main account email preferences
3. Turn off store emails in main account
4. Accept contributor invitation from new account

Unsubscribing Options

• Use unsubscribe links in email footers
• Note: Unsubscribing applies to all sites but some essential emails will still be sent

Troubleshooting

• If not receiving emails, check spam folders and email settings
• Report suspicious emails that may be phishing attempts
