How to Report & Block Malware on Flickr
Display recent Flickr images on your site automatically using Flickr Blocks. This integration pulls your latest Flickr photos directly to your website's content.
Important Note: Flickr Blocks display your most recent images from all albums - you cannot select specific albums or photos.
Adding a Flickr Block
- Edit your page/post
- Click "Add Block" or use an insertion point
- Select "Flickr" from the menu
- Click the pencil icon to access block settings
- Under Account tab, either:
- Add a new Flickr account, or
- Select previously linked account
- Set number of images (maximum 20) using the Items slider
- Use Design tab to customize:
- Layout options: slideshow, carousel, grid, or stacked
- Design settings (vary by layout choice)
Enable Auto-Sync
- Go to Linked Accounts panel
- Select your Flickr account
- Check "Download data"
- Save changes
Troubleshooting
If images are missing:
- Open Flickr profile settings
- Go to Privacy & Permissions
- Set "Largest shared image size" to:
- Best display size, or
- Large 2048
If seeing duplicate/incorrect images:
- Access Linked Accounts
- Select Flickr account
- Click "Reset data"
- Save changes
- Refresh your page (⌘ + R on Mac, Ctrl + R on PC)
For optimal results, you may need to disconnect and reconnect your Flickr account after making these changes.
