Managing Squarespace Billing Subscriptions

Each Squarespace service maintains independent billing subscriptions. Canceling one service won't automatically cancel others. Here's how to check billing details for all Squarespace services:

Website Subscription

• Access billing panel
• Click Website/Store/Squarespace under Subscriptions
• View: subscription date, payment method, renewal fee, due date, billing plan, and auto-renewal status

Domain Names

• Open domain names control panel
• Select specific domain
• Check: provider, status, expiration date
• Click domain name for additional details

Email Campaigns

• Navigate to billing panel
• Select Squarespace Email Campaigns
• Review: start date, payment method, renewal details, plan type, billing cycle

Google Workspace For website-associated accounts:

• Access billing panel > Subscriptions > Google Workspace

For domain-only accounts:

• Domains control panel > Select domain > Billing > Google Workspace

View details including:

• Domain name
• Subscription date
• Active users
• Payment information
• Renewal details

Digital Products

• Open billing panel
• Click Digital Product
• Check: start date, active sites, payment details, plan information

Acuity Scheduling

• Access billing panel
• Select Scheduling
• View: subscription date, payment method, renewal information, plan details

Invoice Access All service payments generate separate invoices, viewable from most recent to oldest in your account dashboard.

Important Notes:

• Multiple site subscriptions must be managed individually
• Grouped domains share payment information
• Auto-renewal settings can be adjusted for each service
• Domain subscriptions remain active even if website subscription is canceled
