Money from your Squarespace Payments account transfers automatically to your linked bank account. These transfers happen daily (Sunday through Thursday at midnight UTC) and typically arrive within 1-3 business days.

To view your transfers on desktop:

• Navigate to Finances > Orders dashboard
• Click any transfer to see charges, fees, refunds, and chargebacks
• Use the Date filter to view transfers from specific timeframes

To view transfers in the mobile app:

• Go to Sales > Finances > Transfers tab
• Tap any transfer for detailed summary
• Sort transfers by date (oldest to newest)

You'll receive an email confirmation from [email protected] when transfers are initiated. Transfer timing depends on:

• Your bank's processing speed
• Your country location
• Your account status

Important requirements:

• Must link a bank account to receive transfers
• Can set up bank account after first payment
• Available in countries that support Squarespace Payments

Monitor your transfers dashboard to track:

• Scheduled payment amounts
• Expected arrival dates
• Pending transfers
• Connected bank account details

All transfers include a comprehensive summary showing:

• Payment charges
