Managing Your Account Dashboard

Access and view your account dashboard by visiting account.squarespace.com or clicking your profile image in the Main Menu. The dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your sites, domains, and subscriptions.

Homepage Preview Images

• Preview images update automatically every 48 hours
• Images show your site's current homepage
• New previews may take up to an hour to appear
• Acuity Scheduling subscriptions display abstract images

Managing Your Sites

• View all sites you contribute to, including expired ones
• Site displays include primary domain and renewal dates
• Orange dot indicates sites expiring within 3 days
• Red dot shows expired sites

Access site features through these options:

• Website access
• Products & Services
• Domains
• Permissions & Ownership
• Billing
• Settings

Deleting Sites

1. Withdraw as contributor:

   • Removes site from dashboard
   • Site remains active
   • You lose access

2. Delete trial/expired site:

   • Click "..." on site
   • Select Delete
   • Confirm deletion
   • Site and content permanently removed

• View all domains in Domains tab
• Manage both Squarespace and third-party domains
