Accessing Sales Data

  1. Navigate to Analytics > Revenue
  2. Filter by date range
  3. Select sales channel:
    • Website (online store and memberships)
    • POS (in-person sales)
    • Third-party platforms
    • All channels combined

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Revenue:

  • Total revenue excluding shipping and taxes
  • Includes subtotals minus discounts
  • Excludes refunds

Checkout Transactions:

  • Successful purchases of products, services, and donations
  • Excludes invoices, scheduling, and recurring payments

Orders:

  • Complete order count including subscriptions
  • Each membership renewal counts as one order

Conversion Rate:

  • Formula: (Checkout Transactions ÷ Total Visits) × 100

Average Order Value (DBW):

  • Revenue per order
  • Formula: Revenue ÷ Orders

Revenue Per Visit (RPV):

  • Average revenue generated per visit
  • Formula: Revenue ÷ Visits
