Contact Roles
- Owner - Primary contact and official registrant who receives all domain emails
- Admin - Secondary contact who receives most domain emails
- Tech - Backup contact for critical domain emails only
- Billing - Backup contact for critical domain emails and billing matters
Important Formatting Guidelines
Email Address:
- Avoid using domain-associated email addresses
- Don't use Apple email addresses (@mac.com, @me.com, @icloud.com)
- Remove any trailing spaces
- Must be accessible for transfer notifications
Phone Number:
- Enter without dashes or country code
- Country code adds automatically based on address
Address Details:
- Address 1: Include only street number and name
- Address 2: Optional for apartment/suite numbers
- State: Only required for US and Canada
- Postal Code: Must be correctly formatted
- Country: Must match phone number's region
Organization:
- Minimum four characters (three must be letters)
- Optional for personal domain registrations
Keeping Information Updated

Whois Privacy
- Automatically enabled for most domains
