
Manage Your Client Projects Successfully
Project management in Invoicing lets you track client services, revenue, and milestones efficiently. You can manage everything from lead collection to final payment in one place.
Lead Collection
Add a contact form to your site with customizable fields like:
- Referral source
- Service delivery date
- Budget range
Form submissions appear in Lists & Segments under Form submitters. Review submissions by:
- Opening Lists & Segments panel
- Clicking Form submitters
- Selecting the contact and form title
Creating Projects
To start a new project:
- Open Projects panel
- Click Create > Project
- Search for existing client or add new client
- Name the project and click Create project
Project Management Features
Each project displays:
- Total revenue collected
- Recent activity log
- Upcoming milestones
- Client notes
- Task milestones
- Invoice history
- Form submissions
Adding Milestones
Create project milestones:
- Click Add milestone
- Enter description
- Select date
- Click Save
Mark milestones complete by checking the box. Edit or delete using the pencil or trash icons.
Client Documentation
Send branded:
- Proposals
- Estimates
- Contracts
Clients can review and accept these documents directly through the platform.
Invoicing
Send invoices directly to clients via email. Clients pay through a secure payment page. Note: Payment processor fees apply, but no additional transaction fees.
Project Deletion
To delete a project:
- Open the project
- Click Delete project
- Confirm deletion
Note: Ensure all documents and invoices are handled before deletion. Client contacts and form submissions remain intact, but deleted projects can't be recovered.
