A member contact is automatically created for each visitor who subscribes to your packages. Manage and view these members through the Contacts panel under Lists and Segments.

View Member Information

• Access the Lists and Segments panel and click Members
• Sort members by name, email, and other details
• Click individual members to view subscription history
• Access Full Profile for complete contact details and site engagement

Refund a Membership

1. Go to Content and Memberships > Orders
2. Select the specific order
3. Click Issue Refund and enter amount
4. Complete the refund (member retains access)

Cancel a Membership

1. Navigate to Lists and Segments > Members
2. Search for the member
3. Select the package to remove
4. Click Remove from Member List and confirm

Note: Cancellation immediately revokes access to protected content. For billing cycle access retention, let members cancel themselves.

Managing Client Accounts

• Members use login links in main navigation
• Encourage logging into existing accounts when subscribing
• Cannot transfer packages between accounts
• Only members can modify their saved payment methods

Email Notifications Site owners, administrators, and shop managers receive notifications for:

• New subscriptions
• Recurring payments
• Failed payments
• Membership cancellations

Contact Members

• Individual: Click member's email in Lists and Segments
• Bulk: Create mailing list for email campaigns

Migrating Members Since manual member creation isn't possible, consider these options:

• Offer discount codes for free/reduced memberships
• Create password-protected early access
• Send email campaigns with clear instructions

For seamless transition:

1. Create special discount codes
2. Set up password-protected signup pages
3. Notify former members via email campaign
4. Include clear signup instructions

Remember that members must personally subscribe and create their own accounts using their email addresses.
