How to Identify a Reseller Domain

1. Access the domain dashboard
2. Click on your domain name
3. Look for the reseller name under the domain expiration date

Management Responsibilities

Google Workspace handles:

• Cancellations
• Automatic renewal settings
• Refunds
• Payment information updates

Squarespace manages:

• DNS records
• Domain forwarding
• Contact information changes
• Nameserver modifications
• WHOIS privacy
• Domain suspension issues
• Domain locking/unlocking

Accessing Your Squarespace Account

1. Log out of any existing Squarespace accounts
2. Visit squarespace.com/login
3. Click "Continue with Google"
4. Select your Google Workspace account
5. Follow login prompts

Important Notes:

• Verify your domain within 15 days of registration to avoid suspension
• Domain verification emails are sent to the registration contact email
• Reseller domains can be connected to Squarespace sites but cannot be transferred
• Billing remains separate from Squarespace site billing
• Canceling Google Workspace doesn't automatically cancel the domain
• Domain cancellation must be handled separately through Google Workspace

Domain Transfer Information:

• Cannot transfer domains from Google Workspace to Squarespace
• May cancel within 5 days of registration through Google Workspace
• After cancellation, the domain becomes available for registration by anyone
