
Sales Analytics: Track and Compare Product Performance across Channels
Sales by product analysis helps you track and evaluate the performance of your merchandise across various sales channels. This data enables informed decisions about inventory management, marketing strategies, and overall business growth.
Access and Filtering
To view sales analytics:
- Navigate to Analytics panel > Sales > Sales by Product
- Select date range (data available from January 2014)
- Choose sales channel filter:
- Website (online store and subscription sales)
- Point of Sale (in-person transactions)
- Third-Party Platforms (imported orders)
- All Channels (combined view)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The analysis provides these essential metrics:
- Revenue
- Orders
- Views (website sales only)
- Conversion Rate (website sales only)
Viewing Data
The interface offers two main views:
- Bar chart: Displays top 8 performing items
- Detailed table: Shows up to 100 items with specific metrics
Important Features:
- Sort columns in ascending/descending order
- Search for specific products
- View total sales or channel-specific data
- See combined data for all product variants
- Access exact revenue figures in the table view
Data Analysis Tips:

Note: Revenue data in charts is rounded, while tables show exact figures. Product variant data is combined and cannot be viewed individually.
