
Track Sales Analytics by Product in Squarespace Reporting
Sales by product analytics helps you track and analyze individual product performance metrics across your sales channels.
View key metrics like revenue, orders, views, and conversion rates to make data-driven decisions about your inventory and marketing strategies.
Access Sales by Product Analytics:
- Open Analytics panel
- Click Sales
- Select Sales by Product
- Filter by date range (data available from January 2014)
- Filter by sales channel (Website, POS, Third-party platforms, or All channels)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Revenue: Total sales value per product
- Orders: Number of orders per product
- Views: Product page visits (website sales only)
- Conversion Rate: Percentage of views resulting in purchases (website sales only)
Visualization Tools:
- Bar Graph: Shows top 8 products
- Detailed Table: Lists up to 100 products
- Search Function: Find specific products
- Sortable Columns: Order by any KPI
- Channel Toggle: View total sales or channel-specific data
Important Notes:
- Data includes all product variants combined
- Revenue is rounded in graphs but exact in tables
- Sales channels include online store, point of sale (POS), and third-party platforms
- Channel data helps compare performance across different selling methods
- Member site subscriptions (new and recurring) are included in website sales data
