Creating a custom checkout form lets you collect additional information from customers during purchase. Here's how to set it up and use it effectively.

Enable the Custom Checkout Form:

  1. Navigate to the Checkout panel
  2. Scroll to Additional Fields
  3. Check "Enable Custom Checkout Form"
  4. Click "Edit Custom Checkout Form"

Build Your Form:

  • Replace placeholder text with your form name (e.g., "Gift Message" or "Delivery Instructions")
  • Add form fields for the information you need
  • Each field can include a title and description
  • Mark fields as required if necessary

Customize Field Options:

  • Add, edit, or remove fields as needed
