Checking Your Status

• Log into Circle dashboard to view current status (top left corner)
• Weekly release notes emails include current points count
• Enable Circle product release notes notifications to stay informed

Points System for 2025 Status Levels:

• Silver: Base level for all members
• Gold: 1000+ points
• Platinum: 2000+ points

Earning Points

Points are awarded for:

• Creating new client subscriptions
• Being added as a website administrator
• Engaging with the Circle community

Status Duration & Reset

• Status remains active for current year plus following calendar year
• Points reset annually on January 1st
• Previous status benefits continue until period end
• Must maintain required points to keep current status level

Status Change Examples

Example 1:

• March 2025: Join as Gold Partner (1000 points)
• January 2026: Points reset to 0, maintain Gold status through 2026
• December 2026: 900 points earned (below Gold requirement)
• January 2027: Returns to Silver status

Example 2:

• March 2025: Join as Silver Partner (0 points)
• December 2025: Reach 1000 points, upgrade to Gold
• January 2026: Points reset to 0, maintain Gold through 2026
• Must earn 1000+ points in 2026 to keep Gold status for 2027

Status upgrades occur automatically upon reaching point thresholds. Partners maintain their status for the remainder of the current year plus the following calendar year, ensuring stability while encouraging continued engagement.
