For Squarespace Domains LLC registrations:

For Tucows registrations:

• Sender: [email protected]
• Subject: "Action Required: Verify your domain"

The verification email is sent to the contact address provided during registration. Check both inbox and spam folders.

How to Verify Your Domain:

1. Open the verification email
2. Click the verification link
3. Review your information
4. Click the "Verify Information" button

Pending Verification Status: Your domain will show "Action Required" status in the domains panel until verified.

Resending Verification Email

On Desktop:

1. Go to domains panel
2. Click your domain
3. Click "Resend Verification Email"
4. Confirm with OK

On Mobile:

1. Access domains panel
2. Tap your domain
3. Tap "Resend Verification Email"
4. Confirm with OK

Troubleshooting:

• If you receive an "error sending" message, either change your contact email address or contact support
• Unverified domains will be suspended after 15 days
• Suspended domains won't connect to your Squarespace site until verified
