Squarespace's refund policies vary by service type and billing cycle. Here's what you need to know about getting your money back:

Website Subscriptions

  • Annual plans: Full refund within 14 days of purchase
  • Monthly plans: No refunds available
  • Renewal payments aren't refundable
  • Canceling within 14 days voids free domain offers

Domain Registration

  • Full refund within 5 days of registration
  • No refunds for domains registered over 5 days ago
  • No refunds for domain transfers or extensions
  • Special rules apply for country-code domains (ccTLDs)
  • Free domains renew at $20/year after first year

Email Campaigns

  • No refunds available for any plan
  • Free trial available: 3 bulk campaigns, up to 50,000 emails each

Google Workspace

  • Refunds issued if canceled during 15-day renewal window
  • Different policies based on account creation/renewal date:
    • Before Dec 1, 2022: Keep deleted user seats, no refund
    • After Dec 1, 2022: Immediate seat removal, no refund

Digital Products

  • Full refund within 14 days for annual plans
  • No refunds for monthly plans or renewals

Acuity Scheduling

  • Full refund within 14 days for annual plans
  • No refunds for monthly plans or traditional accounts
  • Free trial available with Emerging plan features

Other Services

  • Getty Images: No refunds, preview before purchase
  • Commerce fees: Refund policies vary by payment processor

To Request a Refund

  1. Submit refund request form
  2. Response within 2 business days
  3. Refunds take 3-10 business days to appear on statements

Note: All subscriptions auto-renew independently. Canceling one service doesn't affect others.
