Website Subscriptions
Annual Plans:
- Full refund within 14 days of purchase
- No refunds after 14 days
- Free domain offer forfeited if cancelled within first 14 days
Monthly Plans:
- No refunds
- Renewal reminder sent 15 days before charge
Domain Names
- Full refund within 5 days of registration
- No refunds after 5 days or for transferred domains
- No refunds for domain extensions
- Special rules apply for ccTLDs (no cooling-off period)
- Free domains renew at $20/year after first year
Email Campaigns
- No refunds for any subscription type
- Free trial available: 3 campaigns, up to 50,000 emails each
