Acuity Scheduling's subscription plans integrate with Squarespace and offer flexible scheduling solutions for businesses. Your Acuity subscription remains separate from your Squarespace site subscription and continues even if your site expires.

Plans and Pricing

  • Three subscription tiers available
  • Pricing varies by features needed
  • State and local taxes may apply
  • All plans include free text messaging (standard rates apply to clients)

Additional Fees:

  • Payment processor fees (charged by your provider)
  • No extra fees for payment processor integration

Free Trial Features:

  • Equivalent to Emerging plan
  • No charges after trial until you choose a plan
  • All settings and data saved
  • Requires subscription for continued client booking

Subscribing to Acuity:

  1. Via Squarespace:

    • Click Scheduling in Home Menu
    • Follow upgrade prompts
    • Select billing cycle
    • Choose plan
    • Confirm payment
  2. As Standalone:

    • Visit Signup Page
    • Click "Try Scheduling"
    • Only administrators can purchase

Subscription Management:

  • View billing details in Billing panel
  • Access invoices and payment history
  • Change plans anytime
  • Cancel subscription when needed

Automatic Renewal:

  • Enabled by default
  • Annual subscribers receive 15-day renewal notice
  • Update card details or disable renewal as needed

Disable Auto-renewal:

  1. For Squarespace Integration:

    • Open Billing panel
    • Click Scheduling
    • Turn off Auto-renew
  2. For Standalone:

    • Access Home menu
    • Click billing options
    • Uncheck Auto-renew

Failed Payments:

  • 15-day grace period for payment
  • Multiple charge attempts
  • Update card anytime during grace period
  • Subscription expires after 15 days without payment
