Customer Account Guide
Customers can create accounts during checkout or via the Login link in your navigation menu. Account creation enables faster checkout, order tracking, and information management.
Ways to Create an Account:
- During checkout by checking "Create an account" box (minimum 10-character password required)
- After payment via order confirmation page
- Through the Login link in navigation menu

- Saved shipping and billing information
- Stored payment methods
- Easy login during checkout

- Update payment information

Updating Account Information:
Email Address Changes:
- Log into account
- Navigate to Account > Profile
- Enter and confirm new email
- Verify within 48 hours via email link
Payment Method Updates:
- Log into account
- Go to Account > Payment
- Add new or modify existing payment methods
- Set default payment option
Note: For subscriptions, payment methods must be updated separately under Subscriptions settings.
Logging Out: Click Account in navigation menu, then select Log out below name.
