Digital Products plan cancellation can be done in two ways, with different implications for your service and members. Before canceling, export your member contacts list as you'll lose access to it after cancellation.

Immediate Cancellation

  1. Navigate to the Billing panel
  2. Click Digital Products under Subscriptions
  3. Select Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm cancellation

Note: No refund for remaining billing cycle time. Transaction fees increase to 9%, and video storage reduces to 30 minutes.

Disable Auto-renewal

  1. Access Billing panel
  2. Select Digital Products under Subscriptions
  3. Toggle off Auto Renew

Your plan continues until current billing cycle ends, then same fee and storage changes apply.

30-day Suspension Period During this time:

  • Existing plans remain visible
  • New subscriptions blocked
  • Current subscribers maintain account access
  • Subscription fees pause
  • Member content access restricted

After 30 days, all subscriptions automatically cancel with notification to members.

Refund Policy

  • Full refund for annual subscriptions canceled within first 14 days
  • No refunds for:
    • Annual subscriptions past 14 days
    • Monthly subscriptions

Resubscribing To reactivate service:

  1. Open Billing panel
  2. Click Choose a plan
  3. Select desired option

If resubscribing within 30-day suspension:

  • All plans, subscribers, and settings restore automatically
  • Missed payments will be charged

After 30 days:

  • Members must resubscribe
  • Previous subscriptions don't automatically restore

Plan management currently requires computer access - mobile management unavailable.
