Create external links, categories, tags, email addresses, phone numbers, and file links directly from your navigation menu. Here's how to do it effectively:

Adding a Basic Link

1. Open the Pages panel
2. Click + icon next to desired section
3. Select Link option
4. Enter Link Title
5. Choose link type from dropdown menu
6. Click Save

Types of Links You Can Create:

External Webpage Links

• Select URL from dropdown
• Enter website address
• Enable "Open link in new tab"
• Click Save

Email Links

• Choose Email option
• Enter recipient address
• Add CC/BCC (optional)
• Include default Subject/Body text
• Click Save

Phone Number Links

• Select Phone option
• Enter number with country/area code
• Choose Call or Text function
• Click Save

File Links

• Choose File option
• Upload new file or select existing
• Enable "Open in new tab" option
• Click Save

For Dropdown Menus:

• Create the link first
• Drag into existing dropdown
• Or click "Add a Page" within dropdown

Removing Links:

1. Open Pages panel
2. Hover over link
3. Click trash can icon
4. Confirm deletion

Important Notes:

• Don't include leading 0 in phone numbers
• Some files automatically open in new tabs
• Use proper page linking for internal content
• Links position depends on Pages panel placement

For existing pages, simply add them to navigation - no separate link creation needed.

Remember to test all links after creation to ensure proper functionality.
