Customize your member sites effectively with these essential settings and options:

Member Homepage Configuration

The member homepage serves as the landing page for your site, automatically appearing in:

  • Purchase confirmation emails
  • Welcome emails
  • Customer Account panel's Subscription section

To set a new member homepage:

  1. Navigate to the Pages panel
  2. Find your member site
  3. Click "..." on the desired page
  4. Select "Set as member homepage"
  5. Confirm your selection

Navigation Options

Choose from three navigation styles:

  1. Main navigation replacement (default) - Shows member navigation at top
  2. Customer Account panel display - Accessible via Account link
  3. Hidden navigation - Requires custom navigation on homepage

Payment Customization

Create custom payment forms to:

  • Collect customer information
  • Get feedback
  • Present Terms of Service

Note: Custom forms don't appear for free member sites.

Email Notification Settings

Customize these automatic emails:

  • Welcome email
  • Cancellation notifications
  • Customer Account communications
  • Email confirmation for free subscriptions

Paywall Management

Member site pages are protected by a paywall, visible to:

  • Non-logged-in users
  • Non-members of the subscription plan

Users can access content by:

  • Logging into their customer account
  • Subscribing to the appropriate plan

Style Customization

Modify the design through:

  • Design panel tweaks
  • Custom navigation layouts
  • Paywall appearance settings

Member sites automatically handle homepage redirects if the current homepage is deleted, defaulting to the first available page or showing a 404 error if no pages exist.
