
How to Restore Deleted Blog Pages and Posts in 30 Days
Content deleted from a site can be restored within 30 days. After this period, the content is permanently removed. Here's how to recover deleted blog pages and posts:
Restoring Deleted Pages:
- Open the Pages panel
- Click Trash at the bottom of the panel
- Hover over the page title and click Restore
- Confirm restoration in the pop-up
- Find the restored page in Hidden Navigation
Restoring Deleted Blog Posts (Version 7.1):
- Open Pages panel
- Click the relevant blog page
- Click Trash at bottom
- Hover over post, click "...", then Restore
- Confirm restoration
Restoring Deleted Blog Posts (Version 7.0):
- Open Pages panel
- Select the blog page
- Click trash icon
- Hover over post and click Restore
- Confirm restoration
Republishing Restored Posts:
Version 7.1:
- Click post in sidebar
- Hover over preview and click Edit
- Make changes if needed
- Click Save to publish
Version 7.0:
- Hover over post in sidebar and click Edit
- Make any changes
- Click Save and Publish
Non-Recoverable Content:
- Text deleted after closing editor
- Deleted blocks after closing editor
- Most collection items (except blog posts)
- Page sections
- Blog content older than 30 days
- Deleted member sites
- Deleted code from code blocks, injection panel, or custom CSS panel
Best Practices:
- Always confirm before deleting important content
- Keep backups of custom code
- Act within the 30-day window for recoverable content
- Save important text in a separate document before deletion
Note: For immediate recovery of text or blocks, use the undo function while the editor is still open.
