How to Restore Deleted Pages and Blog Posts in Your Site

Content deleted within the last 30 days can be restored using the following methods:

Restoring Pages

  1. Open the Pages panel
  2. Click Trash at the bottom
  3. Hover over the page title and click Restore
  4. Confirm restoration
  5. Find restored page in Not Linked section

Restoring Blog Posts

For Version 7.1:

  1. Open Pages panel
  2. Click the relevant Blog page
  3. Click Trash
  4. Hover over post, click ..., then Restore
  5. Confirm restoration

For Version 7.0:

  1. Open Pages panel
  2. Click the relevant Blog page
  3. Click trash icon
  4. Hover over post and click Restore
  5. Confirm restoration

Republishing Restored Posts

For Version 7.1:

  1. Click post in sidebar
  2. Click Edit in preview
  3. Make changes
  4. Click Publish

For Version 7.0:

  1. Hover over post in sidebar
  2. Click Edit
  3. Make changes
  4. Click Save & Publish

Non-Recoverable Content

These items cannot be restored once deleted:

  • Text (after editor is closed)
  • Blocks (after editor is closed)
  • Collection items (except blog posts)
  • Page sections
  • Pages/posts deleted over 30 days ago
  • Member-only sites
  • Deleted code (Code blocks, Code Injection, Custom CSS)

Important Notes

  • Content is only recoverable within 30 days of deletion
  • Keep backups of custom code
  • Restored pages appear in Not Linked section
  • Restored posts become drafts
  • Use Undo while editor is open to recover recent changes
