Open your website's Billing panel to change your Digital Products plan or billing cycle. Site owners and admins with billing permissions can make these modifications.

Before Making Changes:

  • Ensure your payment card is up to date
  • Note that plan and billing cycle changes must be made separately
  • Update any overdue payments first
  • Plans cannot be transferred between sites

Change Your Plan:

  1. Go to Billing panel
  2. Click Digital Products under Subscriptions
  3. Click Change next to your current plan
  4. Select new plan and billing cycle
  5. Review changes and fees
  6. Click Confirm and Purchase

Modify Billing Cycle:

  1. Access Billing panel
  2. Select Digital Products under Subscriptions
  3. Click Change next to current billing cycle
  4. Choose Annual or Monthly
  5. Confirm the change

Billing Changes Timeline:

Switching to Monthly Billing:

  • New billing cycle starts immediately
  • New plan charges begin at next monthly cycle

Switching to Annual Billing:

  • New cycle starts immediately
  • Charged for annual plan minus unused monthly time

Plan Change Effects:

Downgrading:

  • Current plan benefits continue until cycle ends
  • New pricing starts next billing cycle
  • Billing date stays the same

Upgrading:

  • Charged pro-rated difference between plans
  • New benefits apply immediately
  • Billing date remains unchanged

Remember to review Digital Product plans before changing, as modifications affect transaction fees and video storage limits.
