Adding content to your site's footer is straightforward and helps visitors find essential information. The footer appears on all pages beneath the main content area.

Adding Footer Content (Version 7.1)

  1. Click [Edit] on any page
  2. Hover over footer area and click [Edit Footer]
  3. Click [Add Block] to insert content
  4. Click [+] to add sections (blank or footer style only)
  5. Use the pencil icon to adjust section styles
  6. Click [Save] to preserve changes

Adding Footer Content (Version 7.0)

  1. Hover over footer area and click [Edit]
  2. Click [+] to add blocks
  3. Click [Save] when finished

Common Footer Elements

  • Text Block: Address, copyright, links
  • Social Link Block: Social media icons
  • Newsletter Block: Subscription form
  • Button Block: Call-to-action

Important Notes

  • Footer content appears on all pages
  • Some templates allow only single-column blocks
  • Footer content doesn't transfer between templates
  • Empty text blocks may appear as placeholders but won't publish

Special Footer Types

Pre-Footer:

  • Available in Bedford and Pacific templates
  • Appears above main footer
  • Can have custom fonts and background colors

Page Footer:

  • Available in specific templates (Avenue, Five, Montauk)
  • Appears only on individual pages
  • Ideal for page-specific content

Hiding the Footer

Version 7.1:

  1. Click [Edit], hover over footer, click [Edit Footer]
  2. Click trash can icon to remove
  3. Click [Save]

Version 7.0:

  1. Open Page Panel
  2. Click icon next to page title
  3. Select Navigation
  4. Toggle "Show Footer" off

Mobile Display

  • Version 7.1: Arrange computer and mobile layouts separately
  • Version 7.0: Content automatically stacks vertically
  • Responsive design adjusts based on screen size
