Mobile Start Plans in Squarespace iOS App

Mobile Start plans offer a 30-day paid option for trial Squarespace sites through the iOS app. These plans don't auto-renew and provide a simple way to test Squarespace's paid features.

Available Plans:

• Personal Mobile Start
• Business Mobile Start
• Commerce Mobile Start Basic
• Commerce Mobile Start Advanced

Eligibility Requirements:

• Site must be in trial mode or previously on a Mobile Start plan
• Upgrade only available through iOS app
• Not available for sites with current/previous standard website plans

Key Terms:

• 30-day duration with no auto-renewal
• Cannot purchase multiple months at once
• Cannot switch between different Mobile Start plans
• Only repurchase same plan type after expiration

Feature Limitations:

• No Email Marketing after trial
• No Getty Images
• No Google Workspace
• No domain registration/transfer
• No point of sale
• No Acuity Scheduling

How to Upgrade:

1. Open Squarespace iOS app
2. Tap More > Settings > Billing
3. Select plan and review features
4. Tap Buy and confirm with Apple ID
5. Accept terms

Plan Expiration:

• Brief grace period after 30 days
• Site content marked for deletion after grace period
• Must upgrade to keep site active via:
  • Standard website plan (computer)
  • Another 30-day Mobile Start plan (same type)

Cancellation:

• Request refund through Apple
• Set site to Private to hide from visitors
• Squarespace cannot process refunds for Mobile Start plans

Note: Managing standard website plans requires desktop access. Promo codes cannot be used with Mobile Start plans.
