Squarespace's refund policies vary by service type and subscription duration. Here's what you need to know:
Website Subscriptions
- Annual Plan: Full refund available within 14 days of purchase
- Monthly Plan: No refunds available
- Mobile Start Plan: Refunds through Apple only
Domain Registration
- Full refund within 5 days of registration
- No refunds after 6 days or if domain is transferred to Squarespace
- ccTLDs (.com.au, .eu) have no grace period or refund policy
- Free domains: First year free, then $20/year renewal fee
Email Campaigns
- Non-refundable for all plans
- Free trial available: 3 campaigns, up to 50,000 emails each
Google Workspace
- Automatic refunds during 15-day renewal period
- Pre-December 2022 accounts: Non-refundable, licenses maintained until cycle end
- Post-December 2022 accounts: Non-refundable, immediate user removal
Other Services
- Getty Images: Non-refundable
- Digital Products: Full refund within 14 days (annual plans only)
- Acuity Scheduling: Full refund within 14 days (annual plans only)
Transaction Fees
- Squarespace Payments, Stripe, and PayPal fully refund transaction fees
