Squarespace's refund policies vary by service type and subscription duration. Here's what you need to know:

Website Subscriptions

  • Annual Plan: Full refund available within 14 days of purchase
  • Monthly Plan: No refunds available
  • Mobile Start Plan: Refunds through Apple only

Domain Registration

  • Full refund within 5 days of registration
  • No refunds after 6 days or if domain is transferred to Squarespace
  • ccTLDs (.com.au, .eu) have no grace period or refund policy
  • Free domains: First year free, then $20/year renewal fee

Email Campaigns

  • Non-refundable for all plans
  • Free trial available: 3 campaigns, up to 50,000 emails each

Google Workspace

  • Automatic refunds during 15-day renewal period
  • Pre-December 2022 accounts: Non-refundable, licenses maintained until cycle end
  • Post-December 2022 accounts: Non-refundable, immediate user removal

Other Services

  • Getty Images: Non-refundable
  • Digital Products: Full refund within 14 days (annual plans only)

Transaction Fees
